My role
I joined Farfetch as the Design Lead for the Digital Marketing department.
Firstly, I rehired a team of 2 digital designer/coders and worked with them to redesign and recode all the email templates. They went on to produce approximately 50 emails per week for womenswear and menswear internationally, after coding all the templates in a new, dynamic way.
I later expanded the team to include an additional email designer and a digital designer – meaning that we took on paid social, display and retargeting.
While managing the team, I designed the identity for the rewards program, bespoke digital design projects and video shoots for Private Client team events.

During my time at Farfetch, I hired a team to fundamentally change the way we designed and built emails. I created styleguides for email and digital marketing materials, all the while making sure it was aligned the Product Design team styling on-site.
Farfetch Access
I produced the identity for the Farfetch loyalty scheme with the Product Design team, which included the logo, design system and concept & art direction of abstract photography.
Digital Marketing & Art Direction
I created and oversaw all Digital Marketing materials, including display banners, email imagery, and artworking/collage of assets created by the editorial design team. I also concepted and art directed some studio product photography.
